Zach Jakubowsky

Zach is the Director of Player Relations and Pitching Development at Northstar Baseball Club. He grew up in Farmington, playing baseball and basketball at Farmington High School. He was a 4-year starting pitcher and outfielder for his High School team, earning 4 letters in the process. “Jaku” won All-Conference as a pitcher in 2019. Zach spent his travel baseball days playing for HTP Sports Academy, where he won numerous awards, including the 2018 Raptor of the Year and 2018 Elite Fall League MVPitcher. Jaku committed to play D2 baseball at the University of Sioux Falls after High School.
Zach’s coaching experience started when he was 16. During his High School summers, he was a team leader and youth camp station leader with the Minnesota Twins. Jaku took pride in keeping an energetic atmosphere while training, as well as emphasizing the integrity of the game of baseball. Zach began coaching with Northstar Baseball Club in the summer of 2020 and has proven himself to be a key piece to Northstar’s growth as a club. Jaku has coached all ages, whether that be team training or in small group settings and will focus on developing Northstar’s youth players.
