Jeff is the Director of Performance at Northstar Baseball Club. He has been a strength and conditioning/sports performance coach since 2011 and has been involved in increasing the athletic performance of athletes of all ages and skill levels. He brings with him great knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for strength and conditioning and sports performance. Jeff was a 2011 Graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he earned a BASc in Exercise science.
Jeff is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA); and USAW certified Sports Performance Coach. Jeff has worked with athletes of all ages from 11 years old, collegiate, to professional, including serving as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Minnesota Swarm in 2013-2014. Jeff is eager to use his knowledge and passion to improve athletic performance for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
