Thats been our motto since our journey began in 2016. At GRB Northstar we are passionate about giving our athletes a developpment first training environment. We belive that competition and adaptability are the two of the biggest drivers of development on and off the field, so we want to prepare our athletes for that through our training. Private Lessons and Small Groups
Here at GRB-Northstar we offer hitting, pitching, catching, and all other defensive lessons! All of our lessons are done by full-time staff members who specialize in that area. Lessons are indivudualized to the players needs, and lesson packs will come with a 5-10 lesson, trackable, development plan to measure success. Players have the opportunity to receive 1-on-1 training with a coach directly or build a small group of 2-4 players to share costs.

Remote Training
New to GRB Northstar is Remote Training! Ran by Jeff Meland and Kevin Walsh, our remote training will be filled with specific drill work, activation and recovery routines, nutrition and dieting help, performance plans, and more! Our focus is to provide the individual athlete with the tools and information needed for them to take the next step in their pitching career!
